VB Energy is run by Stephen Van Bael, an approved refrigeration technician and electrician. He comes on site himself, prepares your quote himself, and follows the work from the first request through to completion. So you have one fixed point of contact, and it stays the same person — even when a second person joins for an installation.
Combining refrigeration technology with electrical work is a deliberate choice: an air conditioner is only as good as the connection behind it. Because we do both ourselves, you don't need to coordinate two different tradespeople, and the responsibility stays in one place.

Ongelooflijk zo een installateur heb ik nog nooit gehad en aan het werk gezien. Het begon met de voorbije hittegolf, nachten niet kunnen slapen, tot ik het beu was en airco installateurs zocht. Om half 8 kreeg ik al telefoon van Stephen, op maandag 22 juni 16u kwam hij langs om te vragen wat wij nodig hadden. 1 splitbuitenunit en 4 binnenunits. Stephen is een vakman die zijn zaak kent, een kwalitatief, proper resultaat en snelle service levert aan een correcte prijs. Hij houdt zich aan zijn beloftes en is flexibel om - last minute - een klein extra werk uit te voeren: ophangen van een plafondventilator. Zeer tevreden over de samenwerking met VB Energy. Stephen heeft bij ons twee LG airco’s geplaatst: een 5 kW unit in de leefruimte en een 2,5 kW unit in het bureau. Vanaf het eerste contact verliep alles professioneel en vlot. Er werd netjes gewerkt, duidelijke uitleg gegeven en de installatie werd perfect afgewerkt. Haast en spoed is zelden goed, maar de installatie van een airco in onze living en slaapkamer spreekt dit toch tegen. Amper een half uur na onze offerte aanvraag belde Stephen ons op en een paar uur later was hij al bij ons om te bekijken hoe de installatie kon verlopen.
