What charging power do you need? A single-phase connection charges at around 7.4 kW, three-phase at around 11 kW or more. For most people charging at home overnight, a lower power is more than enough — a car plugged in at 18:00 will be full by morning regardless. Charging faster often also means a heavier connection and a higher capacity tariff, so we work out together what makes sense for your situation.
Plug-in hybrid or fully electric? A plug-in hybrid has a smaller battery and usually gets by with a simpler charging point. If you drive fully electric, it pays to install cabling that's generous enough from the start — even if you don't need the maximum power today.

Certainly. A plug-in hybrid has a smaller battery and usually charges on a single phase, so a simpler charging point is enough. That keeps the cost down. If you are considering a fully electric car later on, let us know — then we'll size the cabling generously from the start.
